Shadow Shot Sunday and Free Digi Printable

Well, it has been a long time since I have posted a Shadow Shot, but I hope you like this one... thought it would be funny to post something "cool" since it has been so hot recently - lol...

This photo was taken at night, with our outside light on... I was walking by and thought "what a neat shot" I'm glad I ran in to grab my camera :-)  I have been playing a little with picmonkey with my photos... still not picnik, but not too bad - lol

The following quote is free for you to download should you chose:
Do we not all spend the greater part of our lives under the shadow of an event that has not yet come to pass.
by Maurice Maeterlinck

As always, I am happy to share my tutorials and freebies / printables with you, I only ask that you do the following:

  • Please leave a comment if you download freebie / printable / digi, because I would love to hear from you
  • If you enjoy the things I share with you, please become a follower so that you will see all the new stuff when it is posted (no pressure, join only if you want)
  • Please do not share any of my digital images, printables, or tutorials directly with others, but please do send them on over to me so that they can peruse and collect the images themselves.
  • I would be thrilled and honored if you would send me links to any images or posts that you've done using something that I have shared with you.  If you say it is ok, I will even feature your work here!
  • If you want to recolor the images, feel free!
  • If you have a special request, please let me know and I will see what I can do.
Most importantly be Fantastically Creative You!

Have a wonderful Sunday!

The photo has a moonscape quality to it. Are you sure it was taken in your backyard? :)

The photo is wonderful. We too have been having a long dry spell. Though the fields look green if you look closer, you will see the corn has no silks to pollinate, it will not go to seed, so there will be no seed corn. Most gardens around here have not made it, and we are not allowed to water due to water demands on the city systems. No one is allowed to burn. We do pray for God’s mercies, rain and cooler weather. Yet in all this parch-ness, God provides beauty in shadows and light, a reminder of no matter what it looks like He is there.
